TORTILLAS

CHALUPA

A flat crispy corn tortilla topped with beans, lettuce, guacamole and tomato.

TOSTADA

A flat crispy corn tortilla topped with beef, lettuce, sour cream and tomato.

CHILE RELLENO OR POBLANO

A poblano pepper stuffed with potato and cheese, wrapped in a special egg batter and topped with cheese and delicious sauce.

Soft corn tortilla rolled up, stuffed with your choice of filling and covered with cheese.

FLAUTAS

A corn tortilla rolled up and stuffed with your choice of filling, fried golden brown.

CHIMICHANGAS

A flour tortilla rolled up and stuffed with your choice of filling, soft or fried golden brown.

TAMALES

Corn husks wrapped around a layer of cornmeal with chicken inside.

QUESADILLAS

A Mexican version of a turnover or a grilled cheese sandwich in a flour tortilla.

MOLE POBLANO

A Mexican barbecue sauce, sweet and a little spicy.

CHORIZO

A mildly spicy Mexican style sausage.

GUACAMOLE

A dip or topping made with avocado, spices and other vegetables blended together.

Three slices of beef or chicken, thinly cut and cooked over a charbroiler to perfection.
